5.3 Shipping Logistics & Risk of Loss: All physical print items are manufactured pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the title and risk of loss for all physical goods pass directly to you, the purchaser, the exact moment our fulfillment partner (Darkroom) delivers the package to the common carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL). Zack of All Frames holds zero operational or financial liability for shipping delays, customs hold-ups, or parcel damage incurred during transit.
