Presets are purchased via our partner platform, Lemon Squeezy. Due to the instantaneous nature of digital asset delivery, every purchase is final. Once a digital file is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be "returned." Consequently, there are no refunds for the purchase of presets.

All physical print orders are fulfilled via Darkroom. Because each print is custom-manufactured specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. All print purchases are final. This policy is consistent with the Darkroom fulfillment standards regarding the custom nature of photographic production.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Notwithstanding our standard policy, if your digital merchandise is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you are legally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This grants you the right to cancel or return your physical order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To qualify for a return under this provision, the item must be in the exact condition you received it—undamaged, unused, and securely in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
